In 1965 a bunch of people got together and formed a riding club for local equestrians. They included as many aspects of equestrianism as they could, but most of all, they poured their energies into creating a “Little Britches Rodeo” for a community that had many kids who loved to ride and were looking for some fun with their horses and ponies, so the first “Little Britches Rodeo” emerged. What a great day for Langley Riders!!!

Well, guess what? 50 years later we are still hosting “Little Britches Rodeo”.

Our rodeo plans a three day event with all the activities as in the past, plus vendors, performers, barbecues and anything else to promote families and horses.
